Construction in Turkey: Vacancies $950 and Direct Practical Exams

Specialists from Uzbekistan are invited to work on the major "Antalya–Alanya Otoyol İnşaat" highway construction project located in the Antalya province, Turkey. Candidates will sign a long-term employment contract for 2 years to participate in this state-level project.

Important update: Employers from Turkey will visit Uzbekistan to conduct direct practical exams with candidates. The selection process will take place on November 18-19 in Fergana, and on November 21-22 at Getwork branches.

A total of 110 open positions are available for the project, with the following salary distributions:

• Tyre Technician (Detailed requirements in the document "ID 937 Шиномонтажник (2).docx"): Diagnosing, repairing, mounting, and dismounting tires for heavy trucks and construction equipment. 10 technicians are required. Salary: 38,500 TL (~$770).
  
• Road Roller Operator (Detailed requirements in the document "ID_935_Оператор_дорожного_катка_Road_Roller_Operator_2.docx"): Compacting and leveling soil, gravel, and asphalt according to project specifications. 30 operators are required. Salary: 43,000 TL (~$860).
  
• Wheel Loader Operator (Detailed requirements in the document "ID_936_Оператор_фронтального_погрузчика_2.docx"): Loading, moving, and dumping sand, crushed stone, and soil into dump trucks. 30 operators are required. Salary: 47,000 TL (~$941).
  
• Excavator Operator (Detailed requirements in the document "ID_934_Оператор_экскаватора_Excavator_Operator_2.docx"): Performing earthworks, digging trenches, and loading materials. 30 operators are required. Salary: 47,500 TL (~$950).
  
• Heavy Machinery Mechanic (Detailed requirements in the document "ID 933 Механик (2).docx"): Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems of trucks, excavators, and loaders. 10 mechanics are required. Salary: 47,500 TL (~$950).
  

Free Conditions and Benefits

• Accommodation and Meals: The employer provides free housing and 3 hot meals a day throughout the entire employment period.
  
• Work Schedule and Overtime: The work schedule is 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. Additional working hours (overtime) are paid separately according to labor laws.
  
• Provisions: Special work uniforms are provided by the employer free of charge. Salaries are paid monthly according to the company's internal schedule.
  

Main Requirements for Candidates

• Gender and Age: All vacancies are exclusively for men. The age limit is strictly set between 20 and 45 years.
  
• Language Skills: Knowledge of the Turkish language is requested in order to understand working instructions and safety requirements.
  
• Documents and Experience: Operators are strictly required to have a special certificate/license for operating machinery and practical experience on construction sites. There is a 2-month probationary period.
