Croatian Employers Conduct Interviews at Getwork's Namangan Branch

On October 7 this year, a selection process was held at the Namangan branch of the private employment agency “Getwork” for citizens interested in working in Croatia.
A representative of a Croatian company visited Namangan to meet and select candidates in person. During the event, face-to-face interviews were conducted with construction specialists, welders, and metalworkers.
The selection process was organized through direct oral interviews without practical tests. Candidates’ professional experience, theoretical knowledge, and motivation to work abroad were assessed during the interviews.
Candidates who successfully pass the selection will have the opportunity to obtain legal and well-paid employment in Croatia.
