• C/CE category truck drivers: €4,200 per month.
  
• Elevator installers: Hourly pay (€22.50/hour), averaging €3,600 – €3,892. Experienced specialists can earn over €3,500 – €5,000 depending on the projects completed.
  
• Certified nurses (RN): Average of €3,600 (based on TVöD-P tariffs).
  
• Electricians / Electromechanics / Climate Technicians: €3,400.
  
• Industrial Electricians: €3,300 – €3,400.
  
• Automotive mechatronics technicians for buses: Starting from €3,184.
  
• Auto electricians: €17–€20 per hour (averaging €2,720 – €3,200 per month).
  
• Accountants: €2,900 – €3,100.

Working Conditions and Benefits

Working in Germany means not only a high salary but also guaranteed social protection for employees.

• Accommodation: In many vacancies (for drivers, elevator installers, climate technicians, bus technicians, accountants, and chefs), housing is provided by the employer. Housing is also allocated for electrical specialists, but the cost (€300-450 per month) is paid by the employee. Medical staff are provided with assistance in finding initial housing.
  
• Work Schedule and Uniforms: A 40-hour work week is usually established. Employees are provided with special work uniforms.
  
• Training and Adaptation: For many technical professions, a special 2-week training is conducted before starting work. For medical staff, German language courses and the professional recognition (Anerkennung) procedure are provided.
  

Strict Requirements for Candidates

To work legally in Germany, candidates must meet strict criteria:

• Language Proficiency: For most fields (medicine, technicians, electricians, chefs), knowledge of German at the B1 level is strictly required. Level A2 is sufficient for drivers. Notably, German is not mandatory for elevator installers — the working language is Russian.
  
• Education and Qualifications: A professional education, college diploma, or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required.
  
• Work Experience: Depending on the position, 1 to 5 years of practical experience is required. Among medical staff, candidates without experience can be employed in nursing homes.
