Legal Work in Netherlands: Salaries up to €2,500 per month for Construction Workers

Open Vacancies and Required Specialists

Currently, recruitment is open in 3 main areas strictly for male candidates under the age of 35:

1. Bricklayers – 70 positions:
   
   • Duties: Building walls, facades, and brick structures, reading construction drawings, cutting and fitting bricks, and repairing existing masonry.
     
   • Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field.
     
2. Scaffolders – 30 positions:
   
   • Duties: Safe assembly and dismantling of scaffolding, installing pipes, working platforms, and safety guardrails according to blueprints.
     
   • Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience and a valid BE category driver's license.
     
3. Stonecutters (Mortar and Brick Removal) – 20 positions:
   
   • Duties: Carefully removing old mortar and damaged bricks using hand and power tools during restoration projects without damaging the surrounding masonry.
     
   • Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience and a valid B category driver's license.
     

European Income: How Does the Salary Grow?

For all 3 vacancies, there is a strict hourly pay rate (gross) based on EU labor laws, which increases depending on the employee's tenure:

• First 6 months: €15.98 per hour (averaging up to €2,500 per month).
  
• Months 7 to 12: €16.97 per hour.
  
• After 1 year of work: €18.95 per hour.
  

Note: Salaries are paid strictly on the 15th of each month; advance payments are not provided.

Working Conditions and Social Guarantees

• Accommodation and Meals: The employer provides free accommodation. Food and meal expenses are covered by the employee.
  
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (07:00 to 15:00). Overtime hours are compensated during vacation periods.
  
• Preparation and Gear: Before starting work, all employees undergo a mandatory 2-week paid training program on the construction site. Special work uniforms are provided free of charge.
  

Important Candidate Requirements

To successfully secure a job in the Netherlands, candidates must not be older than 35 and must be masters of their trade. Another strict condition is fluency in conversational Russian. Knowledge of English will be considered a significant advantage.
