• Roofers (roof installation and repair): For employees without experience — €800–€1,500. For experienced specialists with their own tools, an income of €1,500 to €3,000 per month is guaranteed.
  
• CNC Machine Operators: At a plant manufacturing aluminum and plastic windows and doors, the salary starts from €2,200 for a full month.
  
• Welders (TIG-MIG-MAG): Base salary is €1,300–€1,450. With additional overtime hours, you can earn from €1,800 to €2,000.
  
• Furniture Production Craftsmen: Carpenters earn €8 per hour (€1,400 – €1,600 per month), while furniture painters receive approximately €1,126 net per month.
  
• Industrial Painters: For airless spray painting work, €8 net per hour is paid.
  
• Fiberglass Products Factory Workers: Paid €6.50 net per hour.
  
• Woodworking and General Workers: Paid €6 net per hour (approximately €1,150 per month).
  

Working Conditions: Accommodation and Additional Benefits

One of the main advantages of vacancies in Latvia is the long-term contract and the resolution of the housing issue.

• Accommodation (Dormitory/Apartment): In furniture production facilities, the employer provides housing for free. On construction sites and other factories (woodworking, welding, fiberglass), housing is also provided, but its cost (about €100–€150) is deducted from the salary. For the CNC operator vacancy, housing provision is not mentioned.
  
• Workwear: Employees are provided with special work uniforms.
  
• Work Schedule and Advance Payments: Usually, a schedule of 6 days a week (or 160-200 hours a month) is set. At most enterprises, the possibility of receiving an advance payment before the main salary is guaranteed.
  

Requirements for Candidates

To legally travel to this European country for work, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Language Proficiency: For all vacancies, good knowledge / fluent communication in Russian is strictly required. Knowledge of English or Latvian is not mandatory!
  
• Gender and Age: Vacancies are primarily for men. Depending on the field, age limits range from 25 to 40, 45, or 50 years old.
  
• Work Experience: CNC operators, painters, carpenters, and welders require 3 to 5 years of experience in their field. Roofers and general factory workers can be hired without work experience (but physical stamina is required).
