Open Vacancies and Monthly Income:

Currently, specialists in the following areas are needed:

• Shipbuilding & MAG Welders: For welders who can read technical drawings and have experience in large-scale mechanical engineering, the pay is €8-10 per hour (averaging 170-220 hours per month). There are also general welder positions offering €7-9 per hour.
  
• Electricians / Electrotechnicians: Specialists in equipment and electronics assembly are offered €8-10 per hour.
  
• Builders and Rebar Workers: Finishers, painters, carpenters, drywallers, and rebar workers are paid €7 per hour (€1,200 – €1,800 per month).
  
• General Workers (Handymen): Loading/unloading, cleaning, and packing roles pay €5 per hour (€850 – €1,500 per month).
  

Working Conditions and Accommodation:

• Accommodation: Provided for employees, but the rental cost (approx. €150 per month) is covered by the candidate or arranged by mutual agreement.
  
• Meals: Groceries and meals are at the employee’s own expense.
  
• Working Hours: Ranging from 170 to 300 hours per month. Some positions operate in two shifts.
  
• Overtime is available and paid as regular work. Work clothes are provided for free for most vacancies (builders, welders, general workers).
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Languages: All candidates must speak conversational Russian. Technical roles require the ability to read technical drawings.
  
• Age: Candidates must be between 20 and 45 years old.
  
• Experience and Qualifications: Welders and electricians need a vocational diploma and at least 2-3 years of experience (welders must have an EN ISO 9606-1 certificate). Builders need at least 1 year of experience. General workers do not require prior experience.
