Trainings were organized at the Getwork head office

During April 24–25 of the current year, trainings were organized at the head office of the private employment agency Getwork with the participation of representatives from regional branches. The event was attended by managing managers from the branches of Khorezm, Namangan, Fergana, Syrdarya, Angren, and Nurafshan. Within the framework of the training, master classes were conducted for participants aimed at strengthening both practical and theoretical knowledge. In particular, detailed information was provided on marketing, human resource management (HR), accounting, call center operations, seasonal employment organization, international employment directions, and document processing procedures. In addition, experts in the field provided comprehensive and practical answers to all questions raised by participants during the event. The main goal of the training was to organize branch activities under a unified system, establish experience sharing, and improve the efficiency of work processes.
