Face-to-face meeting with Bulgarian employers

A job fair was held at Urgench State University with the participation of employers from Bulgaria. The event was organized with the aim of directing citizens of Uzbekistan toward official employment in Bulgaria, as well as establishing direct communication between employers and candidates.
This initiative is one of the key directions of the systematic activities carried out by Getwork Uzbekistan, where offline engagement, open dialogue, and transparent selection were defined as the main principles.
Direct communication between candidates and employers
During the fair, participants met face-to-face with representatives of Bulgarian employers and received detailed information about available job vacancies, working conditions, job requirements, and official employment procedures. This allowed candidates to form a clear understanding of their future professional activities.
Through direct communication, employers were also able to assess candidates’ professional training, work attitude, and level of responsibility on the spot.
Multi-stage selection and assessment
Within the event, initial interviews, professional selections, and multi-stage screening processes were conducted in line with employer requirements. In some areas, candidates’ knowledge and skills were assessed through tests and practical tasks.
The selection process was organized in accordance with the real needs of the Bulgarian labor market and applicable employment standards.
Transparent and effective system
Such job fairs are important both for employers in selecting reliable staff and for candidates in gaining official, legal, and stable employment opportunities. Offline meetings help reduce misunderstandings and build a strong foundation for future cooperation.
The job fair held at Urgench State University marked an important step in the development of international cooperation with Bulgaria. Through face-to-face meetings and a well-structured selection system, high-quality candidates are provided for employers, while stable employment opportunities are created for applicants.
