An international competition with participation of Dutch employers was held in Tashkent

On January 22, an important selection event was held in the capital of Uzbekistan, at the Center for Professional Skills, with the participation of employers from the Netherlands. The event was organized in cooperation with the private employment agency Getwork and aimed to support citizens seeking official employment abroad. During the event, participants had a unique opportunity to directly communicate with representatives of Dutch companies, learn about real job requirements, working conditions in Europe, and the specifics of formal employment. Special emphasis was placed on the legal and professional aspects of labor migration, fully aligning with the state strategy for developing regulated and safe labor migration of citizens of Uzbekistan. The program included practical exams and professional tests, based on which 30 of the most prepared and motivated candidates were selected. This approach helps employers obtain qualified candidates while giving participants real chances for an international career. Such initiatives contribute to raising awareness among job seekers about current international requirements and expand opportunities for citizens of Uzbekistan in the foreign labor market.
