Job interviews were organized with the participation of Latvian employers

On April 16, 2026, job interviews were organized at the head office of Getwork private employment agency with the participation of Latvian employers. The event was attended by around one hundred candidates, including construction workers, electricians, cleaners, production workers, and machine operators. During the interviews, direct communication was established between Latvian employers and candidates, and suitable applicants were selected. Employers conducted face-to-face interviews with candidates, reviewed their qualifications and work experience, and shared their opinions regarding the workforce. Participants also shared their impressions of the interview process, noting that the questions and selection procedure were open and easy to understand.
