A professional examination for truck drivers was conducted in the Khorezm region

In recent years, citizens of our country have been actively working in the field of international freight transportation in countries such as Poland, Latvia, Libya, Germany, and Bulgaria. In this sector, the average monthly income is around 2,000–3,000 euros, and depending on experience and workload, these figures may increase significantly. Today, the Khorezm region is gaining particular attention due to its labor potential and wide opportunities. The selection and training processes implemented in the region contribute to directing local specialists to the international labor market, particularly to the European logistics system. Within this framework, a new professional examination for truck drivers based on international standards was launched in Khorezm. The exam was organized in an open area, where candidates registered and underwent step-by-step assessments in accordance with the established procedure. The evaluation criteria were clearly defined and transparent, and the selection process was conducted in two stages. The first stage consisted of a theoretical test, where participants’ knowledge of international traffic rules, logistics systems, and safety standards was assessed. Candidates who successfully passed the first stage advanced to the next one. The second stage consisted of a practical test, which evaluated drivers’ vehicle handling skills, maneuvering abilities, and decision-making in real working conditions. According to experts, the examination process was organized in line with European employers’ requirements, and several candidates achieved high results and successfully passed the selection. One of the participants noted that this process not only provides employment opportunities but also supports personal development and progression to a new professional level.
