• Metallurgy and Production Workers: Welders, assemblers, painters, and CNC operators are offered a rate of 35–40 PLN per hour (net).
  
• Auto Body & Paint Technicians: Specialists in auto body repair are offered 30 PLN per hour (averaging $1,700 - $2,100 per month). Overtime and Saturday work are paid with a 50% to 100% premium.
  

Working Conditions and Accommodation:

• Accommodation: Provided for free or subsidized by the employer for auto body technicians and some driving vacancies (during training or stay in Poland). Production workers and doctors pay for their own rent (800-2500 PLN depending on the area). International drivers live in equipped truck cabins during trips.
  
• Meals: Meals are at the employee’s own expense for all vacancies.
  
• Working Hours: For drivers, the schedule strictly follows EU driving and rest time rules (TACHO). Production workers work in 3 shifts, auto body technicians work 8-10 hours (5-6 days a week), and doctors work full-time according to clinic schedules.
  

Main Requirements for Candidates:

• Language Skills: Knowledge of Russian is strictly required for most vacancies (English is an advantage). Doctors and some driver roles must know Polish. A2 level English is sufficient for production roles.
  
• Experience and Qualifications: Drivers need a C+E or B+E license and 6 months to 2 years of experience (some companies offer paid internships for beginners). Doctors need a higher medical education diploma and 3+ years of experience, while auto body technicians and production workers need at least 1-2 years of experience.
  
• Gender and Age: Most vacancies (doctors, drivers) are suitable for both men and women. Age limits are generally between 21 and 60 years old.
