Meeting Held Between Migration Agency Leadership and Private Employment Agencies in Karakalpakstan

On September 19, an official meeting was held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan with the participation of Elyor Toshtemirov, Deputy Director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and representatives of Private Employment Agencies (PEAs).

During the meeting, participants thoroughly discussed the legal employment of citizens abroad, existing opportunities in external labor migration, and current challenges within the sector. Attention was also given to citizen appeals, issues arising during job placement abroad, and proposals to further improve the activities of PEAs.

At the conclusion of the event, actionable goals were set to strengthen industry cooperation, expand opportunities for citizens, and ensure their legal and safe labor activities abroad.
